PLEASE READ THE BELOW POLICY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING
BOOKING POLICY

We take credit card details at the time of your booking, but nothing will be charged on your card. You do not need to put down credit card details if you have a direct debit membership, or if you have purchased a bundle package.

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment start time the you will be charged 50% of the colonic price. If there is a no show to your appointment, full payment will be charged, you will not be able to rebook until this payment is made.

The Clinic is located in Carrara at the back of our residence in a separate dwelling. The side gate will be open which will allow you to follow the path down to the entrance. Please wait on the terrace chairs outside until I let you in. All instructions will be in your confirmation email.

IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in procedures and to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. However, you will still be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Through our online booking system, you would have had to agree to not having any ailments that contradict receiving a colonic hydrotherapy treatment. We ask that you read these carefully prior to your appointment to ensure mutual safety. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your deposit.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be provided solely at the discretion of Gold Coast Gravity Colonics. Refunds may be issued in cases of extenuating circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact us directly with your concerns. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.
CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Gold Coast Gravity Colonics reserves the right to make changes to scheduled appointments, including rescheduling or cancelling appointments, due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs. We will make every effort to notify affected clients in advance of any changes.

We cannot guarantee all social media channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. If you send us a message via Facebook or Instagram within that time frame and get no response, your appointment has not been cancelled.
